For ABC Creation 

Association of Business and  Consultants "Creation" is a Macedonian NGO, established in 2001 and dedicated to the delivery of services to support individuals and organizations to better market success of their business ideas. General purpose of Creation is expanding the exchange of macedonian products and services in the domestic and international market. The team of 50 experts in the past 12 years has delivered more than 250 seminars, 4,000 visitors, 15 projects according to international standards and made 10 marketing strategies for market.
The promise of the brand: Creation is an excellent quality of service according to the requirements of its customers, through transparent communication and complete mutual understanding with the client for the most appropriate solutions.
Creation brand identity: Kind and dedicated to service, creative professionals, but whit understanding for the existence of a clear line between what we think is the best solution and that the client prefers. We observe and provide the final solution that is created by the synergy of our expertise and understanding the client's need for it.
Position of the Brand: Focused on small and medium-sized companies and organizations who want to improve their market position and sustain growth and development. The  expertise of Creation is required when the clients need to turn their ideas  into action. THE MISSION of the organization is to increase and share knowledge and skills for economic development and employment, inspiring and enabling  citizens for sustainable solutions in the use of their potential, and to initiate actions to productive engagement in Macedonia.
The main strategic determination is to establish and strengthen cooperation between business, civil society and the public sector to create a favorable environment, the implementation of measures and building partnerships to mobilize resources for greater competitiveness of the Macedonian economy.

a) increasing the skills of the unemployed and employed for greater employability and productivity;

The methodology is designed to contribute to gaining competence and initiating effective dialogue with civil society through the development of customized and variables consulting and training tools for:
